DIRECTORATE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

The Directorate of Finance and Administration has three Divisions namely Finance, Administration and Human Resource Management.

DIVISION FINANCE

The Division of Finance is responsible for:

  • Budget Preparation
  • Revenue and Expenditure control
  • Preparations of Financial Statements

DIVISION ADMINISTRATION

The Division Administration provide the following administrative support services:

  • Coordinate the Procurement of goods, services and works
  • Transport provision to staff
  • Secretarial support to the Constituency Councilors, Council, Regional Disaster Risk Management and Procurement Committees.
  • Coordinate Disaster Risk Management activities
  • Information and Communication Technology services
  • Cleaning services within Regional Council offices
  • Record management for the Council
  • Municipal Services in Settlements

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

The Division HR is responsible for:

  • General Administration of HR
  • Industrial Relations
  • Training & Development
  • Employee Wellness
